
Complex Capital Stack Coordination | $39M Historic Redevelopment
Cascata Group supported the coordination of a complex capital stack for the $39M redevelopment of the historic Fort Des Moines campus. The project required integration of multiple financing sources including Federal and State Historic Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax credit equity investment, bridge financing, and senior construction debt. Cascata worked with the development team, investors, and lenders to support financial coordination, capital structure alignment, and ongoing budget discussions throughout construction.
