Daniel Wills founded Cascata Group to provide strategic financial leadership, capital advisory, and execution support to business owners, founders, and investment groups navigating complex financial and operational decisions.
With more than 12 years of experience spanning real estate development, technology, and growth-stage businesses, Daniel brings a combination of financial expertise, capital markets experience, and hands-on execution. His background includes supporting and executing more than $300 million in debt and equity transactions, alongside extensive experience in financial planning, cash flow management, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Daniel works directly with ownership and executive teams to evaluate opportunities, allocate capital, navigate financing decisions, and advance important business initiatives. His approach combines financial analysis with practical business judgment and an emphasis on execution.
Daniel earned his degree in Economics and Business Administration from Benedictine College. He lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with his wife and children.
